Support problem activating friendly URLs

Hello, I have a problem activating friendly URLs in Xenforo installed in Cpanel, when I activate it and go to a topic, it directly gives me the 404 page, if I deactivate it, it works correctly.

What could be happening?

It goes back to htaccess on your host, you need to create it
