[RSS Feed/News] Question about signup page

Hi,

I have created the signup like this with an addon:

Choose Account Type ​

www.forwardersforum.com

But I would like to remove the left navigation section
and I don't want to see the communication part on this page, only the header
and the footer.

Can someone advise if this is possible and how?
