Hi, I have xenforo 2.2.6 on a localhost and xampp - I created a fake member to test some things but noticed when i take xenforo offline a member can still log-in, but can not do anything else. Is the normal?
I recall back with XF 2.1.x this was not possible (NO members could even log-in). I was under the empression when xf was off-line only admins could log-in, not members. Is this a bug or normal? Hope I have explained it clearly enough.
