[RSS Feed/News] Recovering from a temporarily disabled recurring subscription

I disabled a recurring User Upgrade for a few weeks until I realized that subscribers were being charged by PayPal but their subscriptions were not being renewed as expected. Since then, my "Payment Provider Log" was full of No purchase request key. Unrelated payment, no action to take. errors.

What is the best way to recover from this with minimal impact to affected subscribers?

I have already re-enabled the affected User Upgrade.

Should I manually upgrade the affected users back...
