Using that instead of display: none ensures the buttons remain in the same location.

Go there admin.php?options/groups/basicBoard/ and delete the word in the box : Board title

But this will effect SEO negatively. Is there any other option to hide the board title from naked eye, not from the search engine?

This is the real solution which wouldn't affect SEO and the search engine crawlers would have no difficulty to find out the homepage.
