Support Resource remove fix

Hello Everybody,

I am building my forum, but I have a problem with resources.

I would like users not to upload anything to my server, but only use external downloads. (as it is on this forum)
I wanted to do something like this:

can someone tell me how to do?

for the resources how should I do? i can't figure out how to put only external link like in the photo of the first post @XenForo

maybe I explained myself badly..
in adding a new resource, it gives the user the ability to upload to the server.. as in the screen



I don't want this thing, I want users to upload only External download URL
