Support Resources like button

Hello,
Can someone help me and point me to a right direction. How can i move the like button in resources overview to the top, like around a "Leave a review" button, this way users dont have to scroll all the way down to like the resource to like it. Thank you

You can edit from within this template "xfrm_resource_wrapper_macros"

Im unable to move it, i can move it but it looks unaligned. Any help?
