[RSS Feed/News] Search for resources that include team members?

I was hoping the Teams feature would allow users to search for resources that include a specific user as a team member. I was also hoping that when viewing a user's resources from their profile that the "resources" tab would also show resource where that user was a team member. If this is not part of the functionality, are there any addons that supply this functionality?
