Maybe its a feature suggestion. If I am in a search forum and want to create a new thread, my first idea is that I can do that in that forum. The visitor obviously does not know its a search forum. So he is presented a list of forums, but the forum he is in - the current search forum - is not listed in that list. It would be good to also list that search forum - and as with the "can not create new threads forums" there will be a notice the (current) forum can not be selected to make a new...
