[RSS Feed/News] Set Forum Watch Notification Limit For All Nodes?

I used to use my webhosts e-mail service, and due to that I limited all forum watch notifications to "New Threads", but now I've shifted to Mandrill and I want to set all nodes Forum Watch Notification Limit to "New Messages"

I have too many nodes to do it manually for each node, is there a quick way of doing it?
