Hi Guys, thanks for your job. Can you help me please?
I should migrate from V.3 to the V.5 and in the changelog they recommend to read a specific documentation. I don't want to break my site, so can you help me please?

Sometimes it can't be found. But like XenForo said, if you just backup your theme and, specially, database, you will be fine to restore your wordpress if anything goes bad.
In fact, do it every week, no matter if you update something or not. It's the best way to prevent problems with WP.
