Support stop bots/ spam

I have around 100 accounts being made on my forum it shows there all spam accounts and asks if i want to approve them is there any plugins to just stop spam accounts? rather than leave them for approval ?

You can start by putting the IP addresses on block from either signup or from by being able to access the site. Depends on the control panel you use you can do this.
