[RSS Feed/News] Submit content without approval || New threads showing in awaiting approval

I am noticing something on my forum that I am not sure why it's happening. I have reviewed other forum posts here, but don't see anything that exactly touches on the situation - so apologies if this has already been discussed.

I've also checked and there is no spam triggers, etc.

I am seeing new threads showing as awaiting approval even though "Submit content without approval" is marked as yes and the forum does not have the moderate boxes ticked.

Is there something I am overlooking...
