[RSS Feed/News] Switching from test to prod. Domain question

So I have been testing on my site with a bogus domain. Just editing my hosts file to make things work. I am ready to switch to the proper domain. Are there any XF tables or data that needs updating with the domain name change that I need to take care of first? Don't want XF thinking it is still pointing to a make believe domain rather that the real one.
