Upload a File Field for Custom Fields (Custom Field XML) - Add the ability to upload a file as a custom field.

In conjunction with Custom Fields by Waindigo, this allows you to create a custom field showing an 'Upload a file' button. A link to the file (or thumbnail of the image) is then shown.
