[RSS Feed/News] Theming or Addon to make Media gallery more friendly

We moved from PhotoPost (on vB4) to XFMG 2. We're not overly happy with the arrangement of things. Are there any addons that make it easier to find user albums and generally a saner arrangement?

Similarly, we have a similar problem with the Resource manager.
