The xenforo is installed in a folder called root

change your forum theme templates, it doesn't load properly from my side, also check permissions for ticket system

It's not released for public yet that's why maybe, shouldn't it show for admins at least?
Also I tried installing it on a fresh installation without any theme at all but still tickets not showing
