XenBot submitted a new resource:

This useful add-on allows you to restrict access to the theme based on the substrings in the title...

Substrings all start with +, and it uses the standard criteria system to define counter XFs based on substrings (meaning criteria from other utilities can be used!).

The string is added in AdminCP, with an error message (possibly localized - it is stored as a phrase).
