A number of my users get confused when they accidentally hit the "toggle BB code" button. It disables all other editor buttons and they don't know how to restore them.
Some suggested solutions:
- A "tool tip" over those buttons to telling the users what to do
- Do the same as for the Preview button: switch back to normal editor mode when clicked
