[RSS Feed/News] Trouble getting add-on to appear in toolbar

I all! Very frustrated here. I just configured the Discord Integration add-on. Problem is just what it says on the tin: I can't see it on my toolbar. Am I missing something? I don't see it in the installation guide, either.
