[RSS Feed/News] Undelete soft-deleted resource version - not possible?

I'm doing some testing today and have found to my surprise that once a resource version is soft-deleted from the History tab, there is no button to undelete it (unlike what happens with posts/threads or indeed resources themselves).

Is this intentional?
