[RSS Feed/News] Users online count haywire after the webhosts migrated site to a new server

Hi, so my site is showing more members online that what are actually registered, after the webhosts migrated the site to upgrade their servers.

So the members online is always wrong since the site migration. Anyone know what could be causing this and where to look.
