Before I let my users run riot and upload a billion gb of content, I just want to confirm that:

- Videos are stored in the data folder, not the internal_data folder (In a videos subfolder)
- They aren't streamed through the attachments PHP handler and are directly linked when displaying on the forum (which means they can go on a object storage backed cdn)
