In some forums there is a special system for warnings where the moderator warns the member. During this time, the member cannot post until the warning ends, and he also cannot start new messages. Please, I want this addition or its name.

Hi,

First:
Add new USERGROUP (eg warn).
Set your permissions (cannot write, do not know this)

Sec:
Add new WARNING or EDIT existing.
When you create a new warning, select the previously created Warn group (Extra user groups options).

Done
