Similar to what is done with the What's New page, it would be a huge improvement for tracking and monitoring watched content if there was a global page for all content types.
For each content type you need to go through a separate tab to get to the watched content, which severely lowers the usability of the feature.
Here is an example of all different watched content on my main site:
XenForo: Threads, Forums, Tags
Showcase: Item, Category
Ticket: Categories, Users, Tickets
Calendar...
