[RSS Feed/News] What Option Gives This Feature With Uploaded Images?

So yes I manage my site The Goat House, but I also frequent several other websites that use xenForo, one of them being IGN. So what option/setting gives this ability in a post for the image to look like this and not show the full size of an image until it is clicked?
