Support Wordpress and Xenforo integration - possible?

I would like to know if it is possible to integrate Wordpress and Xenforo? Like if someone registers in a Wordpress site, then that member will be automatically added to Xenforo users list so that he/she doesn't have to register separately in the Xenforo forum and if someone wants to comment, he / she will be taken automatically to the relevant category / sub-forum in Xenforo. Is this possible?

Great!! But I am thinking, wouldn't there be any issue when WP or Xenforo upgrade to a new version? Will the bridge work flawlessly?
