I can not change anything and can not enter the settings icon on p top right corner. Please help me to fix this

Check the prompt it says you're no longer logged in. Reload the page and login again

I'm doing a fresh installation and logged in to the admin panel. However, whenever I clicked on the Settings or made any changes, it displayed that prompt.

I did everything and reloaded it, and I still have that issue.

This is probably the main issue I'm facing. But, I'm still new on using this script. Please help me
