Is xenforo really doing anything with nulled websites?
Even, they can do only one thing, report it to hosting company, and ask to remove it.
Is anybody know, hosting company that will don't care about it. E.g. you can host there everything that you want to, and I'm not talking about websites on tor etc...

If this was true big corporations wouldn't be able to go after, say for example, movie sharing sites or torrent sites etc... This very much breaks DMCA, if you say anything else you are not very well informed of how the law works... Now, maybe small time, often single developers, might don't have the time and effort to come to sites like this to complain about their product being spread illegally. Doesn't change the fact thay you are still sharing someone else's work without permission. Pretty sure that's against the law in pretty much any country.
The reason DMCA ignored hosts are available are to tackle such things
literally the dmca reports arrive on even the smallest scale as ive seen it too.....put their power is limited to that only

Rn I'm using shinjiru hosting, with cloudflare, I guess this is enough. If anybody have any other idea about it, I'm open for new solutions :)

If your IP is safe from being leaked..... it's possible your safe

However, keep in mind that the host has full jurisdiction over your website and hence if your content is against their AUP/Policy/Guidelines...they can terminate your service anytime
Since that has happened with me once so I would advice taking regular backups to your Onedrive/Gdrive/FTP...to keep data safe also read their polices and always ask their support if it's gonna be okay with them xD

Look, if the host has no problem, then you should have no problem. Once, a friend asked me if I can host a porn story writing forum. First I denied. Then he again asked me, if I can help. Then I asked my host and they replied that if there be no nudity, visually, like images or movies, then there will be no problem. But later I didn't do it as I didn't want to take risk because you can't control your members always, specially in that type of forums. So, if you don't do any illegal things, then I don't think you have any problem. But, this 'Nulled' thingy will not bother you till your website or forum is small. Once people will start noticing you, you should get a license at least on the base script or the main plugin you are using. Though, one of my friends, has built a couple of e-commerce websites totally on nulled software because the total cost of those websites, are 1/4th of the total expenses of the plugins he used if he used paid, legitimate licenses. And they are doing very well. Still no problem. So...... Now, it depends on the maker. But as @ThanosCrax said, whatever you do, take backups regularly. Keep the latest backup in a HDD, preferably in a SSD and don't use it on a regular basis. Use it as a storage and keep it as unplugged and you and your work will be safe.
