[RSS Feed/News] Xenforo Support unable to ID their own CSS Elements?

This one is baffling to me. I simply posted this thread: XF 2.2 - Where to edit the color of this message editor popup? to no response. Sure... thats fine, no biggie... I will simply just contact support right? (that is part of the perk of what we pay for right?). Should be easy to simply get the CSS element ID from them through the official channels.
