[XFI] Tag Position - The developers have removed the ability to select the location of the tag block

The developers have removed the ability to select the location of the tag block.
In the first branch, you could choose a position above or below the topic, but here, alas.
So, this add-on solves this nuance, the position settings are in the general tag settings.
