Support Problems with image size

After the update to version 2.2.4 from 2.2.3, my pictures will be wide, as wide as the picture is in reality.
It is not possible to set, for example, 300 x 250, the image will be 800 x 600 as it is.
This will be the case both in the Article system and for the Download page.

Has anyone else had the same problem after the update to Version 2.2.4?

I tried in extra.less but it made no difference, I will try with the add-on.
