just upload files to src/addons directory
and install and enable it from admin panel ? what trouble are you facing ?

For example, if you check this page where we are talking, you will find the Meta keywords is not found. You can check this info by Moz keywords tool.

yes go to thread, add new tags and they will appear inside html
