Maybe should check how this add-on is configured to stay at the top:

Add-ons - [cXF] Thread scroll enhancement

Add some features when scrolling a thread like sticky thread title in navigation or below it (useful if scrolling long threads) or maybe add some scroll progress bar in various positions. Check below for more information. FEATURES add thread...

Urs worked bcs u had sticky navigation but if u use no sticky nav then again it will be left out above
Like I have and it wont show below bcs of no sticky nav
